No. The Community Board and stand are provided at $0 cost to the Host Business.

Coastal Bend Fun manages the six Featured Business Positions.
What does the Host Business need to provide?
Mainly your logo and branding information, and your approval of the board setup.

Featured Business FAQs
What is a Featured Business Position?
One of six physical business placements on a Community Board, displayed inside a local Host Location.
How many Featured Businesses are on each Community Board?
Exactly six physical Featured Business Positions per board. The positions are not set aside for specific categories ahead of time.
How does Category Protection work?
Only one business from a protected category can occupy a Board Location at a time. Clearly distinct related categories may share a board. If a category is unclear, it may need a quick review by our team.
Can I choose which Board Location I want?
Yes — subject to availability and Category Protection at that location.
What are Single, Impact and Showcase?
- Single — 1 Featured Business Position
- Impact — 2 adjacent positions
- Showcase — 3 adjacent positions
What is the difference between Standard and Premium Locations?
- Standard Location — $600 per physical position / year
- Premium Location — $800 per physical position / year
Each Board Location’s tier is set by Coastal Bend Fun.
How long does placement last?
Placement is year-long, unless your agreement states otherwise.
What happens after I submit Claim Your Spot?
Our team reviews your request, confirms availability and your category status at that location, then follows up with next steps. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a position.
